How do you go about automating everything if the tools you already

boost your credibility, you make more sales to that customer.
Now wait a minute!
How are you going to send a thank you letter or deliver your
product? Your current Autoresponder can't do that . . . can it?
Well, you have two options:
Firstly, you can set up a squeeze page between the payment
processor and your product delivery page where your customer has
to, once again, enter their name and email address.
Secondly, you
can simply have Beyond Response automatically extract that same
information (and more), doing the exact same thing, and let this

Reason #1: When your customer is purchasing your product there is almost

Let's not lose our focus here. We are extracting customer
information from emails so that we can up-sell to them, but we
don't want to make it so obvious. Also, we can extract
things like order numbers, PayPal links, eBay product links,
names, dates, and pretty much anything else you can think of, so
that we can track things a little easier.

1. Get Customer Info Via Website Opt-In Form or through Sale of an Item
Using Beyond Response, easily create a product-related newsletter campaign that
your customers can subscribe to via an opt-in form on your
website. Alternatively, you
can configure Beyond Response to scan payment processor invoices
and automatically subscribe your customers that way.
2. Start Pre-Sale Email Campaign "A"
Once your customer subscribes, the email campaign will start. We'll call
it Campaign "A". This is called the Pre-Sale Campaign because, typically,
when a customer opts in to your newsletter, they haven't actually bought
anything from you yet.
3. Delivery of Newsletters, A1 ... A5
You can set up Beyond Response to send newsletters sequentially (e.g.: every 4
days) or by date. You can send an unlimited amount of
newsletters.

4. Make Sale
Here you make a sale, whether it be through eBay, Clickbank, or your online
store. A customer has purchased from you.
5. Payment Received
You receive a payment invoice from your payment processor (PayPal, Clickbank,
eGold, etc).

6. Methods of Payment Notification
When your customer pays you, you normally receive a payment
notification. This notification can come from many different payment
processors, and Beyond Response can be configured to handle each one
accordingly. This example uses Clickbank and
PayPal.
7. Stop Current Campaign
Now paid, you no longer need to send your customers newsletters about an
item they have already bought. You can configure Beyond Response to
stop sending Campaign "A" newsletters - and start sending Campaign "B"
newsletters.
8. Start Post-Sales Email Campaign "B"
Send a "Thank You" letter when you receive a payment notification,
then begin marketing related products to the item they just bought from
you. Once they buy from you, they usually trust you, and will buy from
you again. You can do this over and over.
9. Delivery of Newsletters
Sound familiar? The process repeats itself - see step 4 (next, you
make a sale!)

Next, I am going to explain exactly how Beyond Response works
