Beyond Response - Responding
to a PayPal Instant Payment Notification
Create a new filter, and give it a
title that somehow reflects what you are doing. EG: PayPal-1
For your opt-in rules, you can put
things like:
"Body has PRODUCT DESCRIPTION" AND
"Body has Instant Payment of 0.00"
* Replace PRODUCT DESCRIPTION and 0.00 with correct info
You can ignore the opt-in redirect.
That only pertains to actual Opt-In forms.
Set your Display Name to something
that represents the product that you sold, or "eBay Member YOURNAME"
For the To Name, you are going to
use an extracted Personalized Message Field, so put ~~~name~~~.
* ~~~ is what I use for my field delimiter. You can use something
else.
Click the Personalized Message
Fields tab. In addition to Name and Email, we are going to add the
following:
Field Name
Field Caption

Item URL

Click the Extract Keywords tab. We
are going to add the following to extract the appropriate data from
the incoming email:

You may notice that we don't
extract the email address from the body of the email. That is
because PayPal sends the that email address as the from address to
you. Beyond Response will know this.
There you have it! Now you can
create your product delivery email, and include things like the Item
URL for a request for feedback. You can store the PayPal URL in
case you need to visit that particular payment at the PayPal website.
